We strive to provide delightful gourmet gifts at Surpriz!. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Perishable Items (Chocolates)

Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of handcrafted chocolates, we cannot accept returns once an order is dispatched. However, if your chocolates arrive damaged or melted due to courier handling, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@surpriz.in with photos of the package and item. We will gladly issue a free replacement or full refund.

Original Artworks

In the unlikely event an original painting or framed artwork arrives damaged, please document the damage upon unboxing and contact us immediately. We will initiate a transit claim and refund your payment.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if requested before dispatch. Once an order is packed and dispatched with the courier, cancellation is not possible.
